Privacy policy.
How Aqua Phase Electrical handles the details you send through this website, in plain English.
Aqua Phase Electrical Pty Ltd is an electrical contracting business in South Australia. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What the enquiry form collects
When you send an enquiry, the form collects what you enter:
- your name and business name
- your phone number and email address
- the site suburb or region
- your preferred contact time
- the type of work and the job details you give
It also records the page you sent the enquiry from and, if your browser provides it, the website that referred you, so we can see how people find us.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss the job and prepare a quote, and to carry out any work you then ask us to do.
How your enquiry is sent
The form emails your enquiry to Aqua Phase through a third-party email delivery service. It is then kept in our email so we can follow up on it.
If the form can’t send, your own email app opens with the enquiry filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send.
Hosting and analytics
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies.
We don’t sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Seeing or correcting your details
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing luke@aquaphaseelectrical.com.au.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please email or call us first so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
